Amazon doesn't make money

I just recently found out that Amazon doesn’t really make money in its retail business. It’s like all those efforts to send the package on time, and yet the money isn’t even coming there. It’s just 6% of the total income. Bulk of the money is coming from its cloud computing services. So if that is the case, then, why even bother go to this kind of business, pleasing the customers who have unrealistic expectations. Carrying the loss even if it’s not their fault, giving away merchandise for free. That’s not even a sustainable business model.
