Enrolled in a journey but can't access it


You’ve enrolled in one of our online journeys, but you’re finding it difficult to access the course.

Usually, this is caused by cookies being stored in your browser, telling the Ideapod platform that you’re not currently logged in.

From our end, the platform automatically clears those cookies regularly so that you can access your online courses. But if you log-in and still can’t see the courses you’re enrolled in, you’ll need to clear your browser cache.

Once you’ve cleared your browser cache, come back to Ideapod and login here: https://ideapod.com/login/

You should then see the online journeys you’re enrolled in.
